About Marschel:

Marschel Warren has over 15 years working in the Staffing and Recruiting. Her recruiting experience is in Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, Executive Admin, and some Management roles. She has experience working on government contracts. In 2009 she assisted with the distributions of funds as a Case Manager and Job Developer assisting with qualifying and distributing funds under The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The objective was to save existing jobs and create new ones. In 2020 she assisted with staffing of Customer Service Representatives for the distribution of the Care’s Act Funds to assist in the reduction of homelessness

because of COVID 19. She also staffed and supervised as an employee for a subcontractor of the NC DOT Quick Pass project. She is very instrumental in the community assisting with job development, coaching, resume development and workshops to assist with employment.
